My husband, Peter and I were just coming out of Yosemite after a week camping trip with friends. We were on a two lane highway, when a drunk driver came at us from around a corner, knocking us off a 24 ft gully. We ended upside down hanging by our seatbelts. Luckily, the forestry service heard the crash and pulled us from the wreckage. The car was totaled. The police could NOT believe that neither of us was seriously hurt. I believe to this day, Our Lady was with us, because I was wearing Our Lady of Miracles medal around my neck, along with my cross.
